STEP 1: Check out our Price List for no fix, no fee pricing for common phone problems. If you don’t see your problem listed, call us for a custom quote.

STEP 2:  Click  on the bottom right conner of page and tell us about your name, phone number, the history of your device and problem. We will respond within 24 hours with your quote and instructions to send your device in for service. All incoming devices need to have a pre-approved repair quote.

STEP 3: Follow Our Mailing Instruction, Fill the FORM and send us your device to Springvale store.

STEP 4: During intake after arrival we will match your device to your repair and send you an automatic “We received it” email and place your device in queue.

STEP 5: If we have any questions or updates during the repair process we will send a ticket update, and if not, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your device has been repaired and our bank detail to make a payment.

STEP 6: Your device will automatically be shipped back to you after payment is received, and a you’ll get a tracking number to watch it make its way back home.

REPAIR CENTRE take all responsibilities for any damages, warranties or lost happens DURING way shipping back to you after repair.

However, we won’t take any responsibilities for damages, break or lost during the way you ship to us.

So, there are some useful advice for packing your devices to us:
📦 Bubble wrap and pack in small box will be the ideal way to keep your devices from broken .
📦 We recommend using Express post with tracking number and buy extra cover (if possible) for high value devices.
📧 After your devices are fixed, you will receive an invoice from our email: springvale@repaircentrevic.com.au that shows our business name - INVESTOR AVENUE P/L and ABN number for your information.
